    Sellers description:
MotoeXotica Classic Cars is pleased to present the 1960 Jaguar Mark iX. The Jaguar you see here is an exceptional example of Jaguar's Mark iX flagship sedan. This car epitomizes the Jaguar standard of "Grace, Space and Pace." This car has been tastefully brought back to life in the recent years by the current owner and it looks absolutely superb.

The custom burgundy and black paintwork highlights the classic design of this "Big Cat." The paint is in beautiful condition, show minimal imperfections. The chrome trim is in excellent condition with no pitting, dents or major scratches. Both rear fender skirts are in great condition and solid as is the rest of the body. This Mark even has a European license plate on the front of the sedan to give it that authentic touch or a conversation starter at Concours d' Elegance!

Inside, the seats have been reupholstered and are in exceptional condition. Custom black vinyl seats with burgundy piping allow you to sit deep in the seats and enjoy the ride. The seats show no signs of wear or tear to be seen. Same goes for the comfortable back seat. The backs of the front seats have drop down trays. The matching carpet, tan headliner and black door panels are also in excellent condition. The dashboard is also in beautiful condition, housing original gauges and steering wheel. The wood trim inside the car looks great with no cracking or fading to any of it. You will find that there is a sunroof, perfect for warm morning drives, that is excellent condition. The trim of the sunroof is finished with the same wood as the dash and looks exceptional. There are two small compartments on either side of the dashboard; the driver's side houses a hide-away Alpine AM/FM/CD/iPod/AUX stereo for a modern touch without tarnishing the original appeal of the interior.

Under the hood you will find a true XK 3.8L 6 cylinder engine attached to an automatic transmission. Subtle upgrades and improvements to the brakes, transmission, exhaust and electrical systems ensure maximum enjoyment as a true driver's classic. Power brakes and power steering combined with the tried and true XK 3.8 liter engine guide the car along at highway speeds in consummate luxury. The Jag sits upon a set of burgundy painted 16" steel wheels with the Jaguar hub caps wrapped in 6.50R16 white wall tires, which look great!

This Jaguar would make a beautiful addition to any European collection or as a Sunday driver. The car is sure to attract attention anywhere it goes and will be a winner at any car show! The VIN is 791633BW and the mileage currently shows 8,116. It is being sold on a clean and clear title. GET OUT AND DRIVE!!!
