Listed is a 1961 Jaguar Mk 2 sedan. It has a 3.8 twin cam 6 cylinder engine with a 4-speed manual transmission with electric overdrive. The car is in near perfect condition, purchased new in 1961 in Walnut Creek, California. It has been a 1 family car, always garaged, original paint with a completely rebuilt engine (top and bottom complete) with approx. 5,000 miles since the rebuild with additional modifications including new fog lights, a new alternator, new SU carburation (2) new steering rack, larger capacity alum. radiator, larger 4-wheel disc brakes w/larger tires (205 x70R 15), a stainless steel new dual exhaust system, a complete 2-tone (cream/med. brown) all leather interior (7 hides), all interior wood (burle walnut) has been refinished throughout the cabin, all chrome is in perfect condition, all new tan wool carpeting, custom A/C, custom Alpine stereo radio/CD player and period mag wheels and antique plates.
