This 1962 Jaguar MK2 is equipped with a factory 3.8-liter inline-six and 4-speed manual transmission with overdrive. This Old English White over green example is said to be numbers matching and was long owned by a since-retired Jaguar specialist in central Virginia. The selling dealer acquired it approximately one year ago and has since performed a number of repairs and upgrades including a new aluminum radiator, carburetor rebuild, power steering overhaul, suspension work, and new Vredestein tires. Described as a largely original and quick example, it is sold with records dating to the 1980s along with a Virginia title.
The green leather upholstery, burl wood dash and door caps are all said to be original as are the carpets, which are protected with modern aftermarket floor mats. Dashboard toggle switches match and all four dome lights are shown to be working. An intact pressboard glove box is detailed in photos. A 1980s two-post radio feeds a single center speaker.
