Ebay item 8/12/13
cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Jaguar-Other-420-/271255552404
Opening bid C $10,000, no bids 4 days left in auction. 75k miles.
Sellers description:
The vehicle is originally equipped with solid wood accents on the dash and doors which give her real charm. All the gauges are original and functional. All the glass is intact no chips or breaks including the factory equipped heated rear window and the four butterfly windows front and rear. The car runs quiet and has the normal wear and tear of this vintage. A photo is supplied of some minor body damage from a hit and run. This is on the bumbers and by and by the front passenger side headlamp housing and around where the Jaguar insignia is attached to the hood. This would be easily reapired and does not take away from the stunning stance that this classic Jaguar has. A real head turner and fun to drive. The history as I understand it is that this car was purchased and driven in Alberta, Canada by Professional and an enthusist, then sold off in his estate sale to a collector in Alberta. He drove and enjoyed having the car in his collectiopn for quite awhile and decided to donate it to a local Olds Alberat College for auction and fund raising. That is where I purchased the car. I have it registered and plated in Calgary . I installed a new battery, some bulbs and fuses had the fluids changed, the brakes flushed, the ignition replaced with new ignition wire4s, rotaor, points, coil and condensor as well as distributor cap all fit from the local enthusists club collection of new parts. All the gauges and signals are working fine. As much as I would like to jump into this sport as a newbie I have had a situation develop that requires me to sell the car. I am open to consider reasonable offers. The vehicle can be viewed in Calgary, Alberta, the sale is as is where is so any shipping wpould be at buyers exspence.
