It is time for this cat to have a new home. It is still sort of a project with many small items to address, plus the paint of course. But the real value is in the drive train. The engine has been completely rebuilt by our shop. We have both a parts list and photographs available. The transmission has a new toque converter and has been resealed. We also replaced several brake components and performed the basic service to make the car driveable again. The climate control, stereo, interior lights etc. were not addressed. While both the interior and exterio need attention, we did at least have the whole car cleaned. This Jag could be a fun classic to drive as-is, but is solid enough to restore. Or, on the other hand it's a great value for someone who needs an engine for a more valuable model such as an E-Type as you can buy this entire car for less than the cost of a fresh engine.
