Additional description from above listing:
Jaguar 420 1967 with FSH in Cream. Full leather Interior in very good conditon with no rips, and all the wood inside is in good condition, and all instruments work as should. The vendor would give it a 8 out of 10 for the interior. The body need a little love as it spent 16 years half in and half out of a garage. The car drives very well no with problems at all. The vendor has all the old MOTs and tax discs and an extensive repair history.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
