Sellers description:
This is a 1967 Jaguar, Mark II (2) 3.4 Saloon body style.
I purchased this vehicle from the owners in October 2001 and personally drove it from Grover Calif. to San Luis Obispo Calif. The engine, transmission and all other systems performed fine.
It was purchased to restore to original condition or convert to John's Car engine conversion with a Vortec 4.3 Chevrole engine, which I purchased from a Jimmy 10, with about 40,000 - 50,000 miles. It comes with the electronic transmission and the computer to control the engine and transmission. I will include the Chevy engine and transmission for an extra $900.00 if wanted.
All of the original parts are included in the sale. The engine, and transmission have been sitting since 2001 so they are all sold "as is where is" with no warranties. They all worked fine when I purchased the vehicle.
The paint was stripped off the vehicle and the body has been kept in my closed shop since purchase. It has spoke wire wheels which are in very good condition as seen. The doors and all of the glass are in good condition.
I had Glens auto upolstery redo the seats, center console and trim. They have never been installed or used and are in "new" condition. I have all of the original owner's worshop manuals and Autobook as well as the previous owner's maintence receipts.
I have the "Pink Slip" so the car has no liens against it. It was last registered in 1998.
This will be a great "project" car.
