Current bid US $2,550, no reserve, 8 bids 6 days left in auction. Car now said to be in Kissimmee, Florida. 66k miles.
Sellers description:
Straight from a local Florida Storage building, one incredibly untouched 1967 Jaguar Mk2 340 with low miles and about 95% RUST FREE. She has been sitting for a while, but with a new battery and gas poured down the carbs she fired and ran very briefly. So here is your chance to be the first person to restore her!! Bid now and bid often, there's NO RESERVE as usual so high bidder gets her! Thank you Mark
Here's the highlights;
Original matching numbers engine,
Good original restorable panels
The car shows 66,093 miles which I guess is true
Lovely smell of old leather and wood has you open the door
The doors shut with the solid Jaguar "Clunk"
Fair wood trim
Factory power steering
Newish Muffler system
Original southern state car
NO Brakes
Original matching numbers Transmission
Good old Carpet
Good original rear end
Good Floors
Good Trunk floor ( spare wheel recess has very small hole)
Good Rockers ( except drivers side which has holes on outside)
No door sag
Painted only once years ago so NO BONDO!
Fair original "survivor" Interior
Good chrome
Never Crashed
Good glass
Overall a survivor, that's would drive with a weekends work that's a easy restoration project!
