This car was present at 2007 JCNA sanctioned concours in Tempe Arizona and put on by Jaguar Club of Central Arizona. The car was competing in the 2007 CopperState 1000 Road Ralley. It had modern AC and a current radio mounted in the dash by a previous owner. The current owners are justifiably proud of the car.

The Saloon is known as "The Queen Mum" as she's a regal old girl and also because the Queen Mother used one for a time as her official car. The PO exchanged the BW 250 auto for a GM T700 and I am forever in his debt for that act. She has been driven in the 2006 JONAT and the 2007 Copperstate 1000 and runs superbly. She placed First In Class at the Tucson JCNA sanctioned Concours, and Best of Show at a car show at Lake Powell. She has many more rallyes left in her.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
