Restored some years ago although in need of some attention throughout, the elegant lines of this inspired design still shine through. It is reported that 1995 saw a full engine rebuild and since then it has covered some 6,000 trouble free miles. The history file contains a UK V5C registration certificate, a Jaguar Daimler Heritage Certificate attesting to its correct engine and chassis numbers although it does note that it has been the subject of a colour change to its current Old English White. An MoT test certificate is also present and valid until September, 2012. The engine pulls well and with a little tlc, this most elegant of post-war saloons could once again rival its Bentley counterpart as it so often did.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
