The Gentleman that did the wood work was from South America, He came to Seattle just to do that Car. He has done Cars in California.

•All Wood Interior. Finished in New BirdsEye Maple.
•Sills
•Window Frames

Trunk Carpet
••All of it was done by the previous owner for over $12,000.00

•The Motor and Transmisson were completely gone through in about 1994 and driven very littlle.

•The Exterior was in need of Paint and had minor Rust. The previous owner spent $8,000.00 to have it redone.

History:
The car was involved in a divorce. The Husband and the Wife frequently stole it from one another. Hiding it from the other until they ultimately found it. All it accomplished was to allow the car to deterioate.

Seller in this auction, traded a 34.5 foot Bayliner Motor Yacht for the car. It was taken to a mechanic and he said it needed brakes and suspension work.

••Seller of this auction purchased a set of 8 brake shoes, 4 drums and 6 wheel cylinders. The car needs brakes and suspension and all the parts are available for less than $2000. through Jaguar Specality Parts Retailers and Restorers located here in the United States and elsewhere.

This car is beautiful and would make an excellent addition to any car collection. Just don't have the time or place to keep this wonderful classic car. Car is covered all the time to keep it in its fantastic condition.

Title is Free and Clear no encumbrances whatsoever.

This Classic Automobile has sat in covered, dry, Interior Climate storage for nearly 10 years.

Opening bid $18,500, no reserve, no bids 6 days left in auction. Same location, 86k miles.

Sellers description:
1952 Jaguar Mk7 Mark VII Saloon
Lots of New or Professionally Rebuilt Parts

This is a beautiful car that needs a loving owner to take it home and finish it. Most of the work is already completed. I put all new bushings in the front end including new shocks ball joints and wheel bearings and races.

The interior is excellent as it has new Birds Eye Maple trim with new vinyl upholstery (not my choice the previous owner had the upholstery redone). It has new carpets and the car has been stored under cover once I finished with the ball joints, bearings, bushings, shocks as the photographs will show.

What a beautiful car you will have when it is on the road.

The new and rebuilt parts include: Rebuilt master cylinder, brake booster (Servo), wheel cylinders, clutch cylinder, ball joints, bushings, shocks, all cost over $6000. to do. I have the receipts for the work I have done as well as the professional re-builders like White Post Restorations in Chantilly, VA and Power Brake Exchange in San Jose, CA. along with excellent parts from XK's Unlimited in San Luis Obispo, CA and various parts houses across the USA and England.

Al in all I have used original OEM quality parts for the rebuild. Just need brake lines to finish but due to my work schedule I cannot take the required time to finish this beautiful project.

Car returns to ebay 1/23/21

www.ebay.com/itm/1952-Jaguar-Mark-VII/324461578671

Car has a buy it now price of $15,900 for 29 days, seller bodygardeners, 87k miles, same location.

Seller's description:

British Manufactured Car Vin Number # 7343201952 Jaguar Mark VII Saloon / Sedan New Upholstery, Wood Interior, Nice Exterior You are looking at a 1952 Jaguar Mark 7 (Mk VII) Saloon / Sedan. I have numerous records for the car and have purchased many new and spare parts. The car’s interior has be reupholstered and has newer Birdseye maple wood trim. The exterior is a nice solid white and has the original fender skirts (not shown) in the boot (trunk).I purchased the car several years ago with a desire to finish up on the running gear specifically the brakes. I sent the power booster to White Post who then sent it to Power Brake Exchange in San Jose, California. I then realized my folly and started dealing with the Power Brake Exchange directly.I had the four front wheel cylinders, the master cylinder, the clutch / slave cylinder rebuilt by them. I put all new rubber bushings in the front tie rods and rocker arms and installed new shocks. I have a stainless steel brake lines from Classic Tube and the car needs to be reassembled. The car was running when purchased and has a little less than 87,000 miles on the odometer on the original straight 6 cylinder motor/engine. I have the original key and two blanks, that need to be recut as spares. It has a clear Washington title. Sad to say I can no longer work on the car and it has been under a carport and covered with a California car cover and only took it off for the photographs. The car will need to be towed as it does not have brakes and is in need of a new battery. It really needs a new home / owner who can finish this beautiful classic car. A beautiful automobile for a real Jaguar enthusiast.
