The Car: This Mark IV drophead coupe is finished in dark green with the interior trimmed in a light tan, providing comfortable seating for four. The folding soft top is a light olive hue and features the folding landau bars. This is a factory lefthand drive model, indicating it was most likely shipped new to North America as a car hungry market existed, and luxury vehicles such as this Jaguar were in high demand. It is fitted with a fullset of Jaguar knock-off chrome wire wheels, and retains it Lucas lighting system. Under the hood the engine is tidy, but as this is a driver quality car, there is a light patina of use. The use of quality wood surfaces decorates the interior with a full assortment of gauges mounted in the dashboard. Ready for the open road, top down or up, this could be a delightful addition that can be
enjoyed and proudly displayed.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
