A detailed condition report showing essential work required had been prepared in 1983 and many invoices are on file recording restoration work carried out in the 1980s and 1990s. Upon completion of the restoration this car was winner in class at The Town and Country Motoring Festival on its first outing, scoring a highly creditable 483/500 points. Acquired for the vendor’s collection in 1997, this car has seen only occasional use since although has been MoT tested on a regular basis. While in that collectio the car has been used sparingly and meticulously kept.
