Ebay item 4/11/09 cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Jaguar-Mark-ll-1962-Jaguar-3-8-Mark-2_W0QQitemZ300306856 ...
Current bid $5,000 reserve not met, 4 bids 8 days left in auction.
Sellers description:
This is a two owner vehicle. It has been with it's second owner since 1969. The car has it's currently registered California blue plate from that year and has been in Beverly Hills it's whole life. The car comes with the original, small California "pink slip. As a result, the most important aspect of this car is that it has ZERO rust and by that I mean ZERO. The jacking points are perfect and dry, the floors are as solid as new and so are the inner fenders and trunk. It has been painted once many years ago in it's original color. Has original spare and almost complete original Jaguar tool kit, jack and tools. I do not see any evidence of any accident or Bondo. It just had a complete lower end rebuild, new rod bearings, main bearings, thrust bushings and oil pump with receipts from XK's Unlimited in San Luis Obispo, CA. Charging system with fresh battery works properly with no shorts or eletrical leaks. Fires right up, has full power and runs and shifts well. Steers and brakes well, runs reliably, does not get hot and has no coolant leaks. Car is mechanically sound with no major issues. Please don't ask me if it has any other leaks, it is an old Jaguar after all.
