Current bid $1,500, no reserve, 5 bids, 7 days left in auction.
Sellers description:
1957 Jaguar Mark 1, 3.4 sedan/ saloon. 4 door, Left Hand Drive, 4 speed with overdrive.
This car was a beautiful looking and running automobile when parked in a barn 7 years ago! This is where I found it, it is a project car!and will need to be fully restored.
This car is in restoration condition; it's 50 years old and it's ready for a total rebirth; but it is complete and in restorable condition. The interior is not too bad; seats need restoration, headliner and carpets are shot. Wood needs refinished, but is good overall and complete. All glass is very good, it has all it's exterior trim pieces and they are in very good condition with no rust damage, dents or other problems

The body is straight and does not appear to have ever had body work done. There is a light rust all over and the paint is chipped and flaking. There is heavy rust on the outside of the door bottoms also on the rear bumper where the chrome is peeling off.
As far as I know this car is all original, in my opinion it could be quite restorable.
It has been sitting outside in the weather for the last 6 months, now with the rain and the onset of winter it is tarped and awaiting its new owner. It has a California title and will be either mailed or handed to new owner upon recieving the car.
This car is located almost 300 miles north of San Francisco on the California coast.
