Current bid $3,050 reserve not met, 11 bids, 1 day left in auction. Buy it now price $10,650. 74k miles.
Sellers description:
A nice little 1963 3.8 MK 2 with wire wheels and none of the usual Jaguar quirks such as oil leaks etc. This is because it is fitted with Ford inline pushrod 6 cylinder engine/automatic transmission.
The car has been fitted with a power rack and pinion steering system. The interior is grey velour. It was originally an automatic 3.8 liter car. Mileage is unknown. The car comes with $11k of receipts over the last 9 years. I see some rust bubbles at the bottom of the rr door. The floor of the car looks clean. It starts immediately and is very pleasant to drive. The gauges function and the car has a electric cooling fan. Paint is very nice and has been carefully polished since these photos were taken. The wire wheels are in excellent condition.
This is a very cheap 3.8 suitable for restoration--conversion to track/event car---???
