Amazing low mileage survivor! This beautiful, all original 1962 Jaguar MK2 is an amazing vehicle. Now offered for sale, your chance to own a piece of British luxury car history.

She runs good and drives really nicely. This is such a great car, owned it for the past 8 years. Driven regularly.

Everything works. New brake booster recently. Interior in nice original condition. Even the fold-down picnic tables are in good shape. The interior has all original chrome and stainless trim.

2nd owner. It's been in a very dry environment (Ramona, CA) for many years, so the body is also in great condition.

This is a very original car, the paint still looks pretty good for its age. Gets thumbs up everywhere I go.

84,000 Original miles, #s matching original car.

    6 Cylinder 3.8L
    Automatic Transmission
4 wheel disc brakes with new booster
    Telescopic steering wheel
    Good picnic tables
    Clean CA title in hand

Current bid: $1,050 reserve not met 2 bids 9 days left in auction, same seller, 88k miles, car now in Ramona, California, previously San Diego, California.

    Seller's description:

1962 Jaguar MKII with very low original miles and the highly desirable 3.8. This is a regularly driven Jag, that has had some updates along the way. I've owned it for 12 years. It is unrestored, but has had one repaint (original color silver), and the paint looks good from 10' but definitely has some areas that need attention. The photos may not show all of it, so I recommend an in-person or 3rd party inspection.

She has a nice shifting automatic transmission, nice disc brakes, vacuum advance installed for easy running and driving, and newer tires. She's good to go for a driver, or a great candidate for restoration.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
