Sellers description:
1962 Jaguar 3.8 Mk II automatic

Original 30,000 mile Canadian export car- moved to Palm Beach Florida by 1st owner, parked in 1997 with bad exhaust valve, exhumed recently from long term inside storage. Sage green with tan (chestnut) interior. Recent upgrades include; NEW- battery, tires, valve job, front cross member mounts, rear bumper mounts, front and rear seat bottoms redone in matching chestnut leather, new brake booster, brake hoses and pads, radiator cleaned and flushed with new radiator hoses, some wood refinished ( dashtop and front door cappings), new horns, carburetors rebuilt, fuel pump and all gas hoses replaced, gas tank removed and cleaned,, fluid service and lube entire car. Some new front door @ rear door seals have been replaced. Complete and original down to the tool kit in trunk.

Paint is presentable but at least 20 years old. Tired rubber gaskets under rear tail lamps and rear window seal. Tired inside carpet, tired (and shrunk) trunk seal and trunk mat. Tired LR rubber door seals. Basically most rubber parts, carpets/ mat have shrunk or dry rotted with hot climate storage. This included the replaced new mounts and hoses, etc. Top of rear seat has cracked leather. Chassis and undercarriage clean. body shows no sign of accidents, damage or rust; small slice in RF door, unknown in origin but only measure ( 2 inches) of rust on car.

Runs and drives beautifully, odometer readings correct, has all matching numbers and includes British Heritage certificate.
