Ebay item 7/11/17
www.ebay.com/itm/1962-Jaguar-Other-3-8-ltr-/122591783555
Opening bid US $1,800, no reserve, no bids 4 days left in auction, seller tommyd330

Sellers description:
Up for auction WITHOUT RESERVE! is a 1962 Jaguar MK2 with the sought after 3.8 ltr engine, 4 speed manual overdrive transmission and roll-top convertible roof! Four wheel disc brakes and limited-slip differential.

Although, in need of restoration, the engine is free (was running until it was parked 2 years ago), all door, hood and trunk -boot if you're british- gaps are perfect!

Trunk floor in almost new shape. Floors need replacement. Interior is complete and has all glass including scratch-free windshield.

The Roll-Top convertible mechanism is complete - needs to be refurbished and given a new canvas.

Has all four beautiful and period correct classic wire wheels with knock-off centers.

All chrome and trim are in great shape. Bumpers are complete and with no major dents other than needing re-chroming.

If you've been looking for a worthy Jaguar MK2 to restore this is it!

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
