This very lovely Jaguar 340 has documented history back to when new. There is a photo of ownership history included in the photos below. It has been nicely restored to local show condition. The indigo paint finish is near flawless and body gaps excellent. Wood dash and interior components are also excellent as is chrome trim. The car starts instantly and drives as nearly a new automobile might. The motor is a non-matching number 3.8 liter six cylinder which delivers slightly more horsepower than the original 3.4. The Borg warner automatic transmission does a good job for the sensible touring and shifts as it should. There are two sets of rear wheel spats, one version covers more wheel than the optional sport style. There is also a complete original tool kit & jack along with numerous manuals, pamphlets, and brochures. The original papers include English tax receipts, MOTS, service receipts. This is one of the most interesting MK's we have ever run across. It is truly a wonderful car to own and enjoy the experience of driving a classic British automobile!
