Ebay item 10/25/21

www.ebay.com/itm/165146955485

Car has a buy it now price of $7,900 for 29 days, seller chrisbrocchini1963 mileage not stated. Complete VIN on this car J67P1F26756BW.

Seller's description:

Vehicle is my grandfather's 420. He purchased it new. My parents drove it for years. I have crazy complete maintenance records. In 2018, $17,900 of engine work was done. It was last painted in 2010. There are several paint chips. The automatic transmission does not shift into third (high) gear and the speedometer cable has not been connected for years so the mileage is unknown. The vehicle leaks oil.

1967 Jaguar 420 sedan. I bought it from the family who bought it brand new from the Jaguar dealer on signal hill in Berkeley CA. Extensive maintenance file and documentation from new including full recent engine and transmission rebuild costing $22,000.00. 3,500mi since rebuild. Rebuilt suspension, brakes, new hoses and belts, New leather interior(installed before Connolly changed their tanning process, so it smells correct in the car. VERY important to a knowledgeable Jag collector!)

Light damage to left rear from a collision while parked. Easy fix. I have located a used bumper ($500). I have the air cleaner parts. NO RUST

Drives very good. Clean title. Door and window rubber kit comes with the car, along with a other spares.

Pueblo, CO

Light damage to left rear from a collision while parked, easy fix. Rear end parts are the same as the more plentiful 3.8S. Drives very good. Clean title. Door and window rubber kit comes with the car, along with a other spares. I am willing to contract to repair and repaint the car for a buyer.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
