Sellers description:
A well taken care of original 29,000 mile, one family owned Jaguar. This car has always been garaged and pampered. It runs and drives as only a low mileage car can. Since it lived on an estate and was only driven in the summer or special occasions it has not suffered any rust or body damage.

Paint:
The original paint was faded and was the weakest area of the car. It has been repainted to a high standard by us to the original color that was on the car from the factory. A perfect match and a wonderful job. We have carefully removed the chrome and trim and had any minor dings removed. Then a high quality re-spray was done in the original Jaguar opalescent metallic green. The sheet metal was in great condition.
The motor has been completely tuned and serviced. Purrs like a kitty. Electronic choke works perfectly. Fluids changed in motor, transmission and brakes.
The interior is completely original. Nothing has been replaced. We had the seats dyed as they had color changes from being years old. The leather is old and not as supple as it should be. It has a crack on the drivers side bottom and a weak seam on the passenger side. The rear seats are in good condition with few blemishes. The wood is all original. We oiled it and cleaned up. It is good looking. The head liner is original and nice.
Clean and Rust Free. The rockers are as good as new and the bottom pans are all true, clean and without damage. No amateur mechanic work under there, all original and true to specification. Clean, straight, and no issues.
The chrome is in good condition but not show condition. It is very presentable and does not draw down the car.

This Jaguar is complete with nearly all its original parts. It has been serviced and had fluids changed to make sure it performs as good as it looks.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
