Opening bid $5,000 reserve not met 0 bids 9 days left in auction, seller skihouse2015, 70k miles.

Seller's description:
I am posting this listing for my father. This vehicle is currently garaged in Golden, Colorado. This 1965 Jaguar Mark II 3.8 (CARNo. P180261BW) shows 70,837 miles (TMU). This Mark II has been with the same owner for over 40 years, at which time the vehicle was refurbished with new paint, chrome, seals and interior work. Only certified Jaguar or European specialty mechanics have worked on this vehicle and all documented work orders and receipts will be given to the winning bidder. While the paint and interior of this vehicle will be in need of restoration, the chrome trim is in very good shape with very little pitting and all body panels appear to be straight with little to no visible rust since it mainly resided in southern CA. This 1965 Mark II starts and runs, but would benefit from new seals and gaskets to address some leaking from being in covered storage for the better part of 20 years.Front and rear seats appear in mostly fair condition (rear bench does have major cracks on upper portion), burled wood dash and trim are in need of restoration, gauges are in place and most appear to work, however the speedometer does not appear to be working, while the tachometer does work. Door, window and front/rear glass seals will need to be replaced for proper weather proofing. Carpets are worn with some stains but could probably be brought back with a good cleaning or covered with new mats. Headliner appears to be in overall good shape.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
