This excellent Jaguar 420G saloon has only had one owner for the last 27 years and still retains its original toolkit, the original service booklet and handbooks. The car was delivered new with power steering and the preferred automatic transmission.
It is finished in Blue with Grey trim and it really is in very good order throughout. It is becoming difficult to find cars in this kind of nice, unspoilt, original condition and this car should be keenly contested at the sale both by collectors and enthusiasts alike.
The car comes with a current M.O.T. certificate until July of this year and is one of the unsung heroes of the Browns Lane saloon cars.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
