An extensive history file comes with the car showing considerable machanical works have been undertaken. The car was purchased by a Guernsey resident who was slowly working through it. We aquired the car from him with the intention of undertaking the coachwork restoration.

The most desirable saloon Jaguar of the 1960's, the 3.8 Mk2. Aimed to be completed in the spring summer of 2009. Sold as is or completed. Expressions of interest invited.

Restored with 500 hours invested in the body and paint work alone. Excellent.

Grey leather interior with new carpets, headlinner, door panels, and wood cappings yet to be fitted.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
