Ebay item 6/07 cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll
Opening bid $6,600. Auction ended with no bids. Buy it now price $14,500.
Sellers description:
This is a very strong running, driving MkIX. I have records going back a couple decades with an engine rebuild ticket in the mix. I pulled this car out of a third car garage where it had been sitting for several years. I spent $2500 on brakes and engine service, the car drives very strong and solid.The car does not have rust or any indication of rust history. The body panels are straight with nice gaps. The previous owner had the brakes go out in his driveway and used his other car to stop the Jaguar creating the small impression on the front fender and damaging the front bumper hangers.This is a nice example that would take very little to make into a very nice show car.

Sellers description;
1961 Jaguar MK9 LHD 4 speed with OD, ever see one? its very rare, bucket seats, sunroof, last year made. This car is very solid, it took me a while to find one and without rust. There are 2 small spots of that, one is in the right fender front behind where the fog light goes, and there is a little bubbling starting under the right side rear bumper. The car has been sitting in my heated A/C storage building waiting for me to make it road worthy, too many cars, and running out of time,so this one goes. It runs great, but does not stop, no brake fluid. The car is very original and everything is there. It could be road worthy with not too much time and would be a great driver, paint is OK but its old, so some small bumps, scratches etc. from use. The interior is cinnamon in color looks to be original, as well as the carpets. Glass is all good and the chrome is mostly good some pitting on the rear light housings and license plate frame. Tires look new but were installed years ago, but no cracks.
