Sellers description:
1960 Jaguar Mark IX. It is left hand drive. Contrary to popular belief, of the 10,000 IX models produced only a little over 4,000 were left hand drive. This is not close to concours condition, but has taken top place in its category at several car events that I have participated in (mainly due to its rariety and uniqueness). The bonnet, roof and boot need to be repainted. The engine starts and runs strong. I had the transmission replaced when I got it. It currently is not engaging properly. The wood is in great shape. The front seat interior is good. The rear seat could be replaced but ok for its age. Due to changes in my life, I no longer have time to invest in the restoration of this cat. The body and frame work are in very good condition. There is only one minor rust issue on the lower passenger door panel.
