April 2001, Jaguar Magazine #97, page 11: 'Mike Kelly is hoping a reader may know the early history of Mk IX GYM666 a very early example (chassis #621) which survived a fierce bushfire in the Otway Ranges. The car was sold new by Brysons in Melbourne, and has been with his family since 1965 - but its pre-history is unknown.'
