Jaguar D-Type tool room copy exact and detailed build by David Brown Automotive over period of 7 years , delivery to CKL engineering in England for final finishing and some detail correction. to absolute authentic condition and made race ready. The build incorporated many original D-type parts . The inspections for the FIA papers made by Chirs Keith-Lucas and the MSA, David Cottingham who owned a campaigned XKD 533 also inspected the car to certify its accurancy and high quality of build.

3442cc D-type cams, Triple Weber 45DC03 Carburetors, Dry Sump completly fresh revised by Britec Motorsports.
Crosthwaite and Gardiner gearbox, includes drive for Plessy hydraulic pump to power braking.
Brakes front 6-pot Dunlop and rear 4-pot calipers with Dunlop D-type discs.
Aluminum radiator and oil cooler to original specs.
Original Dunlop allow wheels. 6.00/6.50 x 16 tyres on 5” inch rims
Period correct instrument panel in all details with genuine 5 inch instruments with Bakelite casing to Tacho and for speedometer,
Period correct seats with modern FIA seatbelts
Rollover protection within the headrest and ATL made Fia fuel cell.
Passenger Seat with detachable aerodynamic closing part and separate detachable windscreen.
Fire extinguisher system for safety purposes
Where possible, either original or correct period parts were used, such as the engine, gearbox, rear axle, wheels, and carburetors.
In the instance that period parts were not available, remanufactured D-type spares were sourced from historic racing specialists, items such as chassis frame, brakes, monocoque and body.
