Very nice condition 1950 Jaguar MK V Left hand drive Saloon. Vehicle was on display in a Museum in Florida prior to my purchase. The car is in running and very presentable condition. Does not smoke or make any funny engine noises and starts right up and cruises at freeway speeds, The body is very straight and the undercarriage is solid. Most of the chrome is in good shape ( left rear bumper should be rechromed ). The interior has been recovered in two tone Alcantara (Suede) and the wood is complete and in good shape, probably refinished. The vehicle has an after market Air Conditioning unit but I have not tested it to see if it functions properly.

This is a very attractive car that gets lots of attention and questions when taken out for a drive. This is the last of the streamlined,suicide door, fully skirted with running board Models produced before Jaguar switched to the fat, french bread body style. Compare to Rolls Royce and Bentleys of the same vintage that sell for three times the price and are mostly Right hand drive and you will see that this Jaguar is a very good investment.

Not 100% sure about every digit on that chassis plate, but added the engine number based on what I could see. the gearbox number can not be read.
