1948 jaguar MK IV (mark 4) drophead coupe (DHC); very rare in that only 184 were manufactured by the factory; matching numbered original currently with its original green suede interior leather and probably its original paint; this is glorious original condition! Ddon't quite know yet how to approach such an original gem without killing its fantastic patina, but will probably replace the top (in light tan stayfast and leaving the original green headliner) to include all original, re-chromed "lead pin-beading", will probably replace the seats with (same color) leather and get her mechanically perfect. Maybe a two-tone green paint would help in that it would keep most of the original green, since it is still quite lustrous.
