CCA Condition Report
Overall: 80 / 135
Original paint and chrome is complete and suffers only from the patina expected in an almost 50 year old car. Solid bodywork with no visual or structural corrosion due to low mileage and never being driven on salted roads. Some minor dents to the roof and one lower sill. Screen rubbers and door seals are sound and leak-free but are due for replacement. Period style roof mounted aerial has been fitted. Original tool kit included also.
Interior
Upholstery would apear to be original except for sun visors which have been hand fabricated and modelled to match factory fit. Leather is intact and sound. One small cigarette burn on drivers seat. Furflex is intact and sound but faded and due for replacement. Carpets are original and presentable - no unsightly wear or damage but what you'd expect of a low mileage, late 60's classic. Woodwork is all original and in excellent condition.
Engine has been stripped, cleaned, re-painted and had all new rings, bearings and seals throughout. Did not require any rebore or regrinding. Water pump, alternator and arburettors rebuilt. Radiator recored and electric fan fitted. Electronic ignition and full stainless steel exhaust fitted.
Transmission
Auto transmission has been stripped, cleaned, painted and rebuilt with new clutches/band, bearings and seals throughout. New inhibitor switch fitted also.
Running Gear
All suspension and steering is original. Power steering system has been stripped, cleaned and all bearings/seals replaced. Brakes have been stripped, stainless sleeves, seals and pistons fitted to all wheel cylinders, new master cylinder fitted and uprated brake booster unit fitted. Back axle doesn't appear to require anything doing to it.
All electrics are fully functioning, except for the dashboard clock (low cost minor repair required), and the rev counter needs a little tap to make it read once the engine is running.
Vehicle History
