Ebay item 3/11/19www.ebay.com/itm/1968-Jaguar-Mark-II-340/254158775451
Current bid: $5,049 reserve not met 18 bids 6 days left in auction, seller silverstone-motorcars, (North Andover, Massachusetts), 62k miles.
Seller's description:
THIS CAR IS PHYSICALLY LOCATED IN THE ANNAPOLIS VALLEY, NS, CANADA *
This is a stunning example of the 1968 Jaguar 340 MK II Sedan that has been carefully stored and maintained by its second owner; he has had the car for 40 years. The car is finished in a rich Navy Blue with the original complementary Red Ambla Vinyl and Walnut interior; her spoked wheels are perfect making the whole exterior look elegant and beautiful. Overall, this is a lovely car that runs and drives exceptionally well.
It has the original drive train (numbers matching) 3.4 liter six cylinder engine coupled to the original Borg-Warner 3 speed automatic gearbox. This car is also equipped with chrome wire wheels. This is a wonderful return to the 1960's when British performance cars were the envy of the world. This specific example is in outstanding condition and could be driven everyday if desired and if in the right climate. The engine has plenty of power and has great oil pressure, the gear box is smooth and overall, it is just a joy to drive. She has been stored in winter for her entire life so there is no rust and the paint is excellent. This specific car is in rare condition.
If you are a serious Jaguar collector or if this is the time for you to acquire your first classic Jaguar, then this is a car that you can not afford to let pass you by. We will arrange to get the car into the United States on your behalf.
