Car to be at auction 3/09
www.barons-auctions.com/details.php

Auction description:
Manufacturer Jaguar Cars
Model S-Type 3.8 Saloon
First Registered 1965
Registration No STP642J
Engine No 7B566168
Chassis No 1D53883BW

Offered here is a 1965 S-Type 3.8, which is equipped with the 3.8 XK engine, mated to the highly desirable and quite rare 4-speed manual gearbox, with overdrive. The car was originally registered in Jersey and imported into the UK in 1971, thus the J registration. (The car could be returned to a C registration with little trouble and use of a Heritage Certificate from the JDHT)

Finished in dark green with beige leather, the car is described as being in good condition throughout.
