Auction description:
DAIMLER DS 420 - 1968
Serial No. 1A34211BW
4235 cc
Automatic Transmission
THE ROYAL VEHICLE
Appeared in 1968, the 420 Daimler, with a 4.2L Jaguar motor, was produced until 1992. This is the car by excellence from the Royal Court of the United Kingdom and Denmark. No Royal wedding would have been perfect without a procession of Daimler 420, as it did for the last wedding of Prince William in London.
Bodied by the famous Vanden Plas, the 420 Daimler offers 8 seats with folding case, embodied by a tipic English leather upholstery.
The car presented today has a particular color named pearly white (reserved for marriages as opposed to black reserved for funerals or official ceremonies) is absolutely worth in a collection, as well as commercially profitable.

Estimate: 8000 / 10,000€

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
