Sellers description:
Daimler (Jaguar) Sovereign 420
4D Sport Saloon Right Hand Drive

I recently took this car in on trade for another old classic I had and have really enjoyed driving it. It turns heads and gets thumbs up wherever it goes. It appears to have been restored some years ago. The exterior is solid and looks great from 20 feet. The interior is a beautiful green leather that's in terrific condition. It shows 8,200+ miles. True miles are unknown.

It has power steering and power brakes and the original radio appears to work well. I've had it up to 100mph on the freeway and it drives and stops straight as an arrow.

The car runs and drives as it should and everything seems to work perfectly-even the power antenna! It even has duel gas tanks. It has a small leak from the oil pan and will need the gasket replaced (an easy fix). There's a little surface rust in the front and rear bumpers-not too bad. Oh, and one of the fender-mounted mirrors is missing the glass.

If you're in the area feel free to take it for a test drive. You'll be impressed with the way it drives.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
